baking blog bundts

(((Looks good,,, if i do say so myself. The bundt pan eliminates the raised top of a cake in a 8" round or a square layer cake and the pattern looks so cool.))))

Who knows how one finds the blogs one follows. Friends are obvious of course and family. One of the blogs I follow and don't know how i found her is the food librarian . Anyway she had a month long series of baking (and loving BIG) bundts leading up to National (USA) Bundt Day. That was way back in October. I followed her progress, but having no bundt pan nor time I just saved the recipes of my favourites.

But for Christmas my mom gave me a bundt pan and i was ready. We were having our team over for our weekly meal. The couple who normally bring dessert were out to eat for their anniversary. So I made dessert,,, the chocolate peanut butter bundt.

(((That chunk shouldn't be on the front of the plate. Oh well. I was in a hurry.))))

(((In my pictures this is upright. I've added it twice and still it is sideways. Another Oh Well.)))

I took no pictures of the process because the counter was (is) too messy for pictures and because of making supper, & errands & kids, it wasn't a straight forward operation.
Thanks for the inspiration, Mary.
